The Cadet program is specially designed for 4-6 year olds. Our cadets learn the same traditional martial arts as older students. Each cadet progresses at their own pace.
This program also teaches more than martial arts. It teaches the students to be good citizens and to prepare them for life and school. It includes units in safety and life skills. These help our students become well rounded by developing their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth.

Teen unit is designed to help our young adults resist the negative temptations of peer pressure. Decision making and having the confidence to say ''NO" is all part of the process, and FutureKick helps in that department. FutureKick students are taught to be leaders. Self-Defense, discipline and physical conditioning are guaranteed.

After - School Martial Arts Discipline Program
No need to worry if your child is sitting around with idle time. We will pick them up from school, serve them a snack and get them moving in a structured high quality martial arts activity. World Champion instructors will lead them to ensure character and discipline is instilled in every child. All students are encouraged to maintain A -B honor roll status. Time is set aside to get homework done. Don't rush from work, you can pick them up at 6:00 pm.

Your friends and co-workers will want to know where your increased energy is coming from. As you advance in belt level and closer to your Black Belt you will surprise yourself. Discipline, confidence, self-defense, and the best physical condition of your life are all yours. All you have to do is take the first step.

Want to get in shape, FutureFit is for you. Classes led by World Champions Ronald & Ryan George will challenge you. Boot camp style workouts will tone, condition and strengthen you. Your cardio will go through the roof. This is the class that Ronald 3X World Champion and Ryan 11X World Champion use to get ready for the ring.
